Manchester United have been a disjointed team for a long time. Before Ruben Amorim was sacked this season, I never believed the team can qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season but they shocked everyone. Since Carrick was appointed as the new coach, everything changed as Manchester United is currently 3rd on the English Premier League table.

Did you expect Manchester United to qualify for UEFA Champions League by the end this season?

I don't see anything that would make Manchester United not to be playing Champions League football by next season. Aston Villa is weaker than they were from the start of the season, Chelsea are inconsistent, while Liverpool are yet to fix their defensive lapses. There are even chances that Manchester United can compete for the second position with the way that they are playing right now.

I completely agree with you. If we look at how many points each team have won since 2026, Manchester United is highest better than any other team in the English Premier League. They really turned things around with the appointment of Carrick.

Manchester United are already back to playing the champions league next season. It has really been a big dent that a club as big as Manchester United has been out of the biggest levels in European club football.

As a Manchester United fan, I already prepared my mind for another useless season after all those confusing matches earlier this year. My brother even stopped trolling me on WhatsApp because United became serious again.

No one gave a chance until Ruben Amorim was sacked and replaced by Carrick. Even me as a United fan couldn't believe our team can play so well and make it back to play UEFA Champions League.

Carrick has proven to the entire world that Amorim was clueless as a manager. If he was still the one managing Manchester United till now, we would have been dragging relegation with Tottenham. It feels good to be back in the champions league.

I'm a Manchester City fan and I'm going to congratulate Manchester United for qualifying for next season's UEFA Champions League. They haven't played in the tournament since 2023, which means this a big achievement for them this season.

Finally, Manchester United is back in the champions league. It was an amazing run led by Carrick to secure the qualification. I hope they strengthen and improve the team to compete in the champions league next season.
