Ever since the widespread of technology it’s been hard for many to live without it. I reasoned it one day that how can I actually go without having access to my devices?
It was a tough one, as I had to pick it up after a few hours.
Well that is mostly due to the fact that I work on them.

How long do you think you can go without your devices?

I am an online worker, who has to use internet connected phone and laptop. I work every day, including weekends and holidays. Therefore, I cannot go without smartphone or laptop for too long.

I can’t go more than 24–48 hours without access to a device with internet since I’m focused on growing my sites. I don’t necessarily need a smartphone for that, though, my laptop makes it much easier to multitask. I actually just got a new phone about a month ago after going nearly a year without a smartphone.

I can't go without my smartphone as I use it on a daily basis, as it's a daily neccessarity in my life.

Just like water and electrity is.

I used to think I could stay one full day without my phone until I realized everything in my life is inside that small device. My banking app, work, OTP, even ordering food. This gadget has actually surpassed addiction at this point. Sometimes I intentionally switch off my data for like two hours just to calm my head because constant notifications can drain you mentally. But fully staying away? That is impossible for me now.

I need smartphone all the time, even when there is. I intwrnet connection I need my phone with me.

I can go without my phone for a couple of weeks. I am not very depended on my phone or gadgets. Sometimes during a week end I put my phone to airplane mode so that I can go dor a digital detox

I work online and from home, so I tend to always need to have access to the internet to stay in contact with clients, keep clients updated, or just to complete the work that I have been hired to do.

Due to my work being from home and online, not having access to my smartphone or even my laptop would mean I would not have access to my work.

If I have something that I am doing that is really engaging me, I can stay as long as without my smartphone. But if I am not actively doing anything at the moment, I have to be with my smartphone.

I don't think i can go without it. My smartphone is basically what i use for everything. I use it to work online, to reach out to my clients, i also use it for entertainment such as gaming and watching movies.
