I have a small farm house but I live in a rented apartment in a city. Even though I have plans to buy a house, I might not be able to do it because I will have to gate a house loan, which I don’t want to do. If you want to avoid mortgage, your options are saving enough money or borrowing from family and friends who are willing to help.

House ownership now is not easy at all, even people that are earning a good salary are still struggling to build one. I checked the price of a small piece of land last year and the price nearly made me drop my phone. Personally, I have not gotten a house yet but I understand why some people just stay on rent.

I don't own a house. But it's something I would want to do when I have enough money. The thing is that the price of land has increased like crazy. So, making that amount of money will take time.
