We all have those nights where nothing goes right. What’s your personal reset routine so tilt doesn’t carry into the next session? Do you take a full break, review hands immediately, or sleep it off?

Bad beat can be a pain in the ass. Sometimes you just have to take a walk away for a while untill you are more composed to play again. You can't jump straight back into tables with anger.

I take breaks and try to clear my mind of all poker-related thoughts. I'm constantly working on my discipline, so I only play when I'm in the right mindset. I've found that making good decisions at the table starts with being mentally focused before I even sit down to play.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
