Did you know Justin Bieber was discovered on YouTube? Social media is a powerful platform to get noticed and build a career, not just for performance based career but even something like writing, designing, crafting, building, developing. For instance, if you are a graphic designer, you can create a video showing your work progress. This can lure clients. If you do animation, you can showcase your work on Facebook and attract paying clients.

Have you used social media to boost your career?

Social media can absolutely boost a career if you use it wisely. I know one guy that started posting simple graphic design process videos on TikTok. Today he gets clients from outside the country. Before, talent alone could hide forever if nobody sees your work. Now visibility matters almost as much as your skill.

The truth is that brands would always Google you before they contact you to hire you. That's why a professional should see social media as a medium to be visible and discoverable for their career. Let your social media bio show the problem that you solve.

I have use the social media so many times to build my business and my blogging work ,it is the right place to reach out to interest audience in terms of promotion I also learn my digital marketing skills through social media

You can use social media to share useful insights, show your work, and connect with people in your field. You need to engage genuinely, and focus on building credibility rather than chasing attention. It takes time but with strong visibility and relationships, you might attract a lot of opportunities.

For expanding my professional connections on social media, I've found the Face2Social tool pretty handy. It lets me check if my profile picture is used without permission and helps track down potential clients by identifying their social media profiles from images. It's a neat way to ensure my online presence is secure and strategic. Plus, connecting with new peers this way has been incredibly beneficial.

I've found that maintaining a consistent and authentic voice helps build a strong online brand. Sharing insights and engaging with others can create valuable connections and opportunities.
I'm not as active on social media as I probably should be when it comes to growing my following, but having a strong presence on social media is a great way to build a recognizable brand and connect with your audience.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
