I haven't had anything to make me smile today but I hope my team Manchester United will do when they play Bournemouth in English Premier League today. If they manage to get a win, it's going to make me very happy.

I woke up today and something told me to give a bet a shot on the popular horse race we get over here in the UK called the Grand National.

The horse I bet on won and I won some money and that made me smile today

Waking up every morning being in good health is more than enough to make me happy every day. Not everyone is lucky to be alive.

Spending time with my niece and nephew made me smile today.

What made me smile today is one food seller mistakenly giving me extra meat . I told her about it but she insists I eat it. It's a small thing but I appreciated it deeply. Sometimes happiness does not even need to be a massive achievement.

I have two kids, they go to different schools. Today, my older kid said he wants to take his little sister to his school. It made me smile.

I slept very well last night. I don't usually get enough sleep which is why I was happy when I had a great sleep.

I spoke to one of my uncles for the first time today. I never met him in person, so that was awesome. It warmed my heart that I was able to connect with him. We spoke for over 45 minutes and caught up.

I've been able to get my PVC to vote in our next upcoming presidential election. I'm very happy because I'll play a part in voting out this current government.

Going for my walk, and increasing my max input on a Lat pulldown made me smile today.

I walked 5 miles in total today, and did over 50 reps on a lat pulled down, 60 reps of a chest press, and over 60 reps of bicep curls.

The gym and my daily walks tend to make me smile on a daily basis. There's nothin like spending time outside and catching the sun.

The fact that I didn't have to go to work today and got to spend the day relaxing instead.
