Brain fog can be a really annoying disease. It is not a disease per say, it is rather a kind of conditions or symptom of other diseases. So, how do you deal with this so common problem that is experienced by so many people?

It is a health condition that is caused by high blood pressure or high cholesteral. It is something that you will need to see a doctor about. It is when your nervous system isn't function properly and is in "Fight or flight mode".

From my experience of brain fog, there has been one effort that has reduced it by a fair margin. That has been "mindfulness meditation."

If anyone wants the one i use then let me know and ill link it. I would describe it as a massage for the brain. Also only takes 10 mins! I use it as preparation to play/coach poker.

Brain fog is a real enemy especially when you need focus. I sat down to work and my head was just blank, I couldn't think of anything. But I've noticed that sleep and food matter more than anything. If I skip proper meal or sleep late, the next day, my thinking would be dull.

I drink ashwagandha tea every evening before going to bed. It helps so much with cleaning and clearing out any brain fog I've had throughout the day.

I try to get some rest, or listen to music when I feel overwhelmed or have brain fog.

I've heard about this tea, what are some of the benefits exactly?

Thankfully, I don't suffer from brain fog. I keep my brain healthy through healthy lifestyle choices, like eating brain foods, meditating, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

When I experience brain fog sometimes, I try to simplify things and focus on one task at a time. Taking a short walk, drinking water, getting enough sleep, and reducing distractions usually helps me regain clarity.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2019, and one of the symptoms that I suffer with quite a bit is brain fog, and it can be very frustrating to go through, especially when it affects me pretty badly.

I find that taking some time away from things and giving myself a break helps a great deal. It is something I know that will never go away, but instead, I will learn to live with it.
