Moving up in stakes when you're on a losing streak is usually a bad habit, even if it works out in the short term. More often than not, it leads to bigger losses and puts unnecessary pressure on your bankroll. It's generally better to move up when your bankroll and results justify it, not when you're trying to recover losses.I move up when I lose, I also move up when I am winning. However, when I move up no matter the reason, I am always afraid of my decision. I have not been able to over come the fear of moving up in stakes
