My school got a hockey team when I was in grade 8, and I was on the team. We did pretty good, until one tournament where we got crushed. I didn't play on any teams throughout high school. I do regret that.
Anywhere above 20+ buy-ins I feel "safe" at micro stakes, but if I were to play high stakes. Probably 50+ buy-ins for me to grind MTT's comfortably online.

A lot of players play longer when they have a losing session trying to recoup funds. You should be taking breaks when it's not going your way to clear the mind, and playing more when you're on a heater/winning.
I was watching another video on it, and it mentioned that casinos don't have to be licensed in Texas, so basically anyone can operate one. I wouldn't be surprised if it happens regularly at smaller casinos.

I am unemployed, but I am seeking a full-time job to help with expenses/plans I have for PCF, and playing poker. Once I obtain a job, I'll probably start playing live.
I consider it an investment. Although sometimes I do like to gamble in micro stakes. Especially if I've been on a heater, and build the prizepools in our home games if/when I rebuy.

It depends. Some players that are too "chatty" can be annoying, but I've had good moments at the tables, joking and chatting with other players. Regardless, I usually go with the flow.
Honestly I believe it helps me play better, if I have a buzz going, because I don't get bored playing poker when I'm drinking, so I have more patience.
