Do you rage after bad beats?

Cool thread @rodvney67, ive been an insomniac most of my adult life, 1st job out of school i was a chef that worked breakfast/evening splits so there was only a few hours downtime in the early morning, anyhow....i can grind 24hours + often and the longer the sessions go the better i get it feels...- pukana

Who's the oldest person you know still playing poker?
I used to play with a retired elderly lady in her 70s in a pub poker league, she was one of the best players and would always FT out of 30 or so runners....amazing women. she was a business women and understood risk/reward on a different level to most ive ever played with which is alot.- pukana

People have different zones of comfortability too, know where your at play within your comfort zone and be honest with yourself and the rest kind of follows suit...gl out there- pukana

As long as you use a good bankroll management system, you avoid most of this financial/emotional damage. the more you learn the easier it gets. always study when your playing good poker and willing to adapt... more so than when your losing because new strategys can trigger bigger downswings. my...- pukana

I used to auto click fold from blinds which was a big leak for me awhile back, then i started counting to 5 every decision and the amount of people that started bluffing into me increased ten fold. food for thought- pukana
