    USA players cant play on EU sites because it would make the USA mad at the EU. If the USA wanted players to play poker they would want them to play in America and be taxed by the government.

    Online is usually more difficult, but there are sites these days with players that are so bad that they limp with sitters. You cant find that live unless you are in Florida and playing with a guy named Chuck.
