To what extent is gambling misunderstood by society?

The society misunderstand it but sometimes they have good point too. People see gamblers as lazy but they know that some of them are putting serious strategy and time. But the truth is that many people abuse it and turn it to quick money mindset.

What first got you interested in gambling?

Mine started from been so curious, then boom I won some money the first time I played. But the truth is that the hope of quick money drags most of the people in. You can win today, then lose tomorrow. That early excitement is a trap if you don't have the control.

Do you believe in lucky numbers or superstition in dice?

I think people are using superstition to cover up for their fear. I know someone that would not play unless he see number 7, yet he still lose steadily.🤣 For me, I just rely on probability and discipline. If luck interfere, that's fine, but I won't build my strategy around it.

Do you prefer smaller poker sites or larger ones?

Bigger sites all the way for me. The smaller ones is sweet at first until withdrawal issues would start. This is exactly why I stopped using one small site, they delayed my money for weeks.

Do you play differently in online poker compared to live poker?

The online and live poker are not the same at all. Online is all about speed and calculations, live is a mind game and body language. If you play the online style on the live table, they will read you like a book. Plus the online connection issue can affect your decision as well.

What's the TV show you couldn't finish?

Mine was Prison Break. After season 3, I just got tired. I even tried to rewatch it, but I just give up at the end of the day. Some shows just drag too much, you will force yourself to watch them.

Which free app that you think is too good to be free?

Some of these apps are not suppose be free honestly. YouTube is probably one of the best thing that has happened on the internet. But on a lowkey, nothing is truly free, they are using our data and attention to cash out.

Article The Dark Side of Online Poker: Superusers, Scandals, and Black Friday

This is exactly why I stopped trusting random poker sites. Imagine grinding all night, not knowing that people on the other end see your cards live. For me, if a site doesn't have a strong reputation, I won't even try to use them.

How does one overcome the fear of losing money?

The fear of losing money does not end so easily. You just have to learn how to manage it. I remember the time I folded hands because I was scared, only to see that it was only the winning move I missed. It was so painfull. What helped me is that I separate “play money” from real life needs.

What makes a poker forum worth being active in?

I’ve joined so many forums with great designs but everywhere was just dry. It was just like a ghost town. If people don't talk, then it's as good as dead. I always check if real activities are happening, not just the admin posting. Even small gist or argument attract me more than all those fancy...

Has poker taught you anything unexpected?

Poker teach me to be patience even more than anything. I was naturally impatient before, like I must act fast. But after some bad decisions that cost me some money, I calm down very quickly. It's funny how games can train our mindset.

Would You Rather Play on Licensed Poker Sites Only?

I’ve seen people cry online that they lock their account or delay their withdrawal for weeks. Even if the rewards are sweet for those unlicensed sites, I do not trust them. Peace of mind is more important than the small bonuses.

How do you keep your mind off poker during run bad?

Yes, run bad can frustrate you to any length. Sometimes I just switched off everything and take a break. I used to force myself to keep playing and it was a big mistake. Now once I notice that my head is not pretty settled, I shift to music or even a game. Funny enough, when you come back...

Is bankroll management necessary at micro stakes?

The bankroll matters a lot even for micro. I used to think that “it’s a small money” until I find out that it's not so. Those small losses actually add up quietly. Now I set small limits for myself, even if it's $10.

Aggressive vs conservative bankroll management, which is better?

Aggressive bankroll is a heart attack 😂. I tried that style once, thinking I will double it quickly. It nearly wiped everything. Since then, I don't rush it. I do it gradually. Aggression can work for some people, but for me, I do not have that kind of liver.

Have you ever been scammed online?

If you have never been scammed before, you have never really started online hustle. Mine was very painful. The guy collected the work that I did for him and ghosted me immediately.

How did you make your first dollar online?

My first online money was just $5 from Picoworkers. When the alert entered, I was so happy. From there I come to realize that this internet thing is not a scam completely. But it's not easy at all. There are plenty of trial and error.

Does sports betting worth long term investment?

Betting is not a pension plan. Yes, some people are profitable in it , but the majority are funding the system. If you treat it like a business, manage the risk involved, maybe you can survive. But calling it “investment” can mislead people.

Live betting and botting; easy way to make money in sports betting

Anything that involve automation and money, there are lots of scam there. Some do work, no doubt, but many is just a hype to collect subscription from people. Plus if bookies detect unusual pattern, they will limit your account very quickly. This is exactly why I don't trust it fully.
