Is Poker a natural skill or can you learn to be a great Poker player?

Bluffing?
I've heard of bluffing and I think its a really interesting part of Poker. It makes the game more than just the chances of being dealt a good hand. Can you guys suggest how to successfully bluff? I appreciate it might be difficult to understand but I am keen to learn.- Eudorus
