Custom build might also have a lot of issues, such as bugs and glitches. You will have to do a lot of beta testing before you finally launch.- Nomad

Aha, I missed that part but I was mainly concentrated on " launching an online poker room" I wasn't adding costs related to "running" a poker site. Building a site is just one part of the cost, you certainly need more money to run the site.- Nomad

You need to pay for poker software, you also need to spend money either on website development or hiring a develover. Then there is hosting charges and domain fees. I have't build a poker site myself but I guess the cost might come around $1000- Nomad
