Do You Take Breaks From Playing Poker

I don't play regularly and when I play it is usually between 7-10 days, sometimes even 20-30 days. At rhe table, sometimes I take breaks especially when I am losing. I usually join a game after 5-10 minutes

How do you play against someone who is clearly using a solver on their phone?

I usually avoid trying to out-level them with fancy plays. I stick to solid fundamentals, pay attention to timing and patterns, and focus on exploiting spots where they still play too mechanically or emotionally despite the solver help.

How do you handle aggressive players?

Against aggressive poker players, I try not to fight every hand emotionally. Usually I tighten up a bit, wait for stronger spots, and let them bluff into me.

In poker, certain players can get under your skin, especially the ones constantly slow-rolling, trash talking, or playing super recklessly and still winning hands.

Does Playing with Better Players Improve Your Mindset?

I think it does. Playing against better poker players forces me to think more carefully instead of relying on autopilot decisions. It can be frustrating at first, but it also keeps my ego in check and helps me focus more on improving than just chasing easy wins.
