How many times do you wake up before morning?

Wake up? I don't sleep in the night! Am a night owl always grinding cryptocurrency markets for some cool profit. I only sleep around 5 am in the morning and am up again at 9.00

Lmao. I go to bed around 4am or 5am and wake up around noon or 1pm.

There are nights that I get to wake up two times and there are nights that I only wake up once before morning. It all depends on if I ate too much dinner. But the maximum number of times I wake up before morning is twice.

I usually sleep very late and this has been a really huge problem for me. I am a night owl and this has been having a huge bad effect on my body. I have to change my routine for a better lifestyle.

Usually I wake up once because I have to go to the bathroom. Sometimes I'll wake up just the once and sometimes I wake up a lot. It probably depends on how tired I am.
