Give me No-Limit Hold'em and I would be fine. That game just has the right balance you need especially as a beginner. It's easy to learn and very difficult to master. Every session feels different even when the rules stay the same.

I'd stick with Texas Hold'em. It's the variant I enjoy most because there's always something new to learn, and every table feels a little different. I never seem to get bored of it, no matter how many times I play.
