The two seems to be the same thing but actually are quite different forms of investment. Both jave their benefits and disadvantages! It depends on individual risk level tolerance and understanding of the investment benefits and risks. In terms of risk, staking is more secured and safer option. Staking is used by mostly recognized cryptocurrencies platforms to generate more income through trading,swapping, mining etc. Yield farming is more profitable and the yield or interest use to be on high side. Yield farming is mostly usec by new DeFi's to gain ground and draw more users. I must not fail to mention that in Yield farming, the likelihood of scam is high!
