Even though there are some many similarities between online Poker and live Poker, there are some differences which exist within them if you have played using both means. Even though the rules remains the same, the differences are always there. Online Poker is always faster than live Poker, also there are many games and stakes available in online Poker for you to choose what best suits your interest.

What are the other differences you know in online Poker and live Poker?

First online Poker and live Poker are both online variations. The difference I see is that online poker like most people know it does not have a live dealer, while live poker does.

In live dealer games, you get a human dealer instead of a random number generator. You can interact with them and other players through voice and written chat, and the games are typically more fast paced.

I know many casinos like Luxury casino and others in the Casino Rewards Groups have VIP live dealer games for ballers and where they bend the rules to either favor players by reducing the house edge or make games more fun.

I think the significant difference is the pace. The online poker's faster gameplay and automated processes will definitely allow for more hands per hour. It also give room for anonymity, unlike live poker.

In live poker, players must master the facial expressions and body language of their opponent because that's how they can conceal their strategy. But online poker doesn't need that. You just need to focus on the betting patterns. So, there are changes in the skills that are required for success.

Live Poker: Generally involves travel costs, possible entry fees, and tipping dealers. The cost of playing may be higher due to these added factors.
Online Poker: This can be cheaper, with lower buy-ins and no travel expenses. Many online sites also offer freeroll tournaments where you can play without risking real money.

You mean like in sports betting? I don't think there a way to read anything related to bets. It's different from playing poker.
No, I mean how people call or raise, and then decide to show their hand or not when they fold (and win).

After a while, you can probably get a read on that user. However, if they're not a regular, or allowed to change their usernames, it makes it much more difficult than in-person.

It's much easier to get started with online poker because there's freerolls, and micro stakes.

Another key difference that I actually noticed is the pace of the game. Live poker games tend to be slower, with more time to think between hands. Online poker, on the other hand, is often faster-paced.
