I think that playing g any kind of physical sport is really good for health. However, what kind of sport is really good for health? Please note that any sport that requires you to move a lot physically can be really good for health as well. Is it football, cricket, basketball, or what?

Any sport that makes you sweat steadily has helped you already. I switched to simple evening football with my guys in the street and we sweat it out. Gym membership is nice but their prices now? Very high and some are to the extreme.

I have played cricket and it does make you sweat. As a bowler, you have to run and bowl the ball. As a batsman, you have to score runs and you may also need to run as well.
