What's a Reload Bonus?

I'm only familiar with welcome bonuses which comes in when you're funding your account on a poker site for the first time. I overheard someone at work today talking about getting a reload bonus on his account but I haven't received it before.

Do you have any idea of what a reload bonus is about? How can I get a reload bonus?

It's a bonus for returning players similar to a welcome bonus. They usually give you bonus money which is redeemed by playing real money poker earning points.
