I always stop playing when I start to feel tilted or frustrated, unless I’m still deep in a tournament. If I take a hit, I refocus on discipline and never give up in any tournament I play. I also value taking breaks, because having a clear mind helps me perform better.

How about you? Do you stop playing when you start to feel tilted?

Frankly speaking, I try to end my session, but sometimes my emotions play bigger role and I’m not perfect about whether I should stop or continue. Sometimes taking a quick break first to reset can help and if that doesn’t help, I try to end the session early.

If tilt start to set in, I’m out very quickly. I used to believe I am very strong, I chase loss till everything is wiped. One night, I just sat down thinking, why am I suffering myself like this? Since then, once I feel that heat, I close it. It's not every battle you fight. Discipline has saved me more than any strategy.

I end sessions when I experience tilt signs like frustration, impatience, or impulsive decisions. I believe stopping early often protects both bankroll and decision quality more than trying to “push through” it.

Do you still get the urge to chase losses during a downswing? Ultimately, consistency is key, along with discipline.
