General Strategy Pocket Pairs

How do you like to play your pocket pairs? I usually raise with them as a normally would.

Pairs are Boss. Depends on position however. Always great if you can get a 3 bet or check raise opportunity

@Stock Poker I prefer low pairs over hands like KQ. Check, raises are always fun when your ahead.

With hold'em, I will play a pocket pair until the turn.

It depends on my pocket pair if I'll bet through to see the river though.

I'd hate to have three of a kid 2s over a chance at 3 of a kind aces, if that makes sense.

We should be raising or 3 betting most pocket pairs. If you're flat calling with a pair to set mine it should never be for more than 5% of your stack.

Raising is almost nevre the wrong play. I like it.

I play pocket pairs based on position and table dynamics. So, I raise and sometimes fold in early position.
