When it comes to the game of poker, you’ll agree with me that we all need a mental toughness. We beer to build a very strong mindset inorder to achieve success in poker. Share your tips and techniques for managing emotions, staying focused, and overcoming tilt.

mind set comes from knowledge and patience, your willingness to be calm , helps if you life is in order, play when you are feeling good. its a harsh game. happy wife /slash life can really help, it can take years for most to achieve this. remember what you see .
I agree with you. Knowledge create room for a strong mindset. Thought, it required a lot of time, but this is worth it for every game you played.

I try to make sure I'm well-rested, and in a good mood before I play. I usually take breaks after consecutive losses depending on how much damage was done to my bankroll. After my breaks, when I feel refreshed. I try again, and I always aim to bring my A game. Play to win.

Just not taking it all that seriously. Life is ups and downs, wins and losses. Same at poker.

P.S. I noticed this section is labeled "Phycology", which is the study of algae. I suspect "Psychology" was meant. (Don't mind me; just did a lot of copy editing over the years.)

Building mindset can be seen as developing a habit of moving toward personal targets. I make steady progress through my habit of studying from mistakes plus facing tough tasks and looking for ways to overcome them.

Learning from mistakes can be very beneficial to your game, especially if you can recognize those mistakes as leaks that your opponents can expose.

To develop a positive mindset, it demands learning from mistakes because it's very essential for achievement. I also find that analyzing the leaks in your games can leads to better performance.
