My mother will tell you there's one because she hardly use the internet for anything. If she switch on her WiFi, it goes off almost immediately she's done.

I spend average of four hours daily online. Sometimes! I spend more than eight hours if i have something tangible to do online. During weekend, i work throughout the night online and sleep during the day!

I tend to be more online towards evening and night time when I'm back home from work. I might be online from 7pm till 11pm when I go to bed.

Today have been a perfect example of being extremely busy for me. I haven't been online all day because of so many errands I had to cover for. It haven't been more than 20 minutes I came online today.

It is necessary to maintain a balance. I plan out the time to spend online and also ensure that I get a break every hour or so. This type of schedule is quite easy to adopt. I make sure to prioritise self-care because it's very important.

How do you manage your screen time with your eyes? I hope it doesn't get to the point where you're going to develop an eye problem. Try and protect your eyes at all times. Do you wear glasses?

Do I really ever go offline. I am always online. Even my work demands that I sneak online to check one or two things that I need to use and work. The only time that I am not online is when I am sleeping, but even at that, my internet connection is always turned on for all my devices.

I used to switch off my internet connection when I'm sleeping because there are some people who are very annoying to call at odd hours in the night (WhatsApp call). I had to sternly warn someone who called me around 2am last night.

I don't wear glasses when I'm online, and my eyes are fine. I get routine check ups all the time.
