When playing against tight players, I bluff more; against loose players, I value bet. You just need to read your opponents, look at the table and adapt.

Fishes are nearly impossible to bluff. However, if you've been playing tight, sometimes a small stab at the pot is all it takes to win it. I usually avoid bluffing against aggressive players. Instead, I focus on value betting and extracting as much money as possible from my opponents. Sometimes, that means slow-playing a strong hand and letting them catch up or hit their draws when you flop the nuts.
