Bluffing at micro stakes doesn't work well because players call too much. What you need do is value your bet.

Recreational players typically do because they don't have the patience for micros. Even some regulars who normally play higher stakes can play more aggressively at lower limits. I try to adjust to the action regardless of the stakes and play to win in every game I enter. That said, I've been a donkey in micros myself when I wasn't in the mood to take things seriously or was just playing for fun.
