I think players can become mentally stronger over time. In my early years playing poker, I would tilt and struggle to control my emotions. It took time to develop better habits, and that really started with being disciplined in my bankroll management.

Mental toughness is crucial. Over time, I noticed that if I step away from games a little, drink water and reset, I play better. It's just like the muscle, you train it. And experience can build it slowly, but you gats be intentional about it.
