But when you focus on the game, you'll be focused. That's where the winning streak lies.I don't focus on my daily earnings when I play. I focus on the game I'm playing, and I keep track of my results.

I would say that if you get lucky and you have a plan when you play poker, earning $50 a day would be possible. It is always best, though, to know when to stop, especially if you find yourself losing a lot more than you are winning. Some people tend to get into their heads that they have to earn a certain amount per day; unfortunately, that can lead to huge losses and even debt.
Setting a daily target would result in you fixating on that target, regardless of whether you were losing a lot more than normal or not. Some people get too confident when they have good days and feel a daily target is a good idea, the problem is, with gambling, things can go south very quickly. While I agree that there are times that a poker player can be able to make as much as 50 dollars per day from playing, I don't believe that it is better to set it as a daily target as there are times that the losses can last more than a day. So, setting such a target might not always be the best approach.
