Slow roll is a term used in poker when a poker player deliberately delaying revealing his hand especially when the player realised he won the game. Many poker players find it insultive and unnecessary distractions at their expense! As a poker player do you find slow rolling as a sign of lack of etiquette?

When players slow roll intentionally, it is bad etiquette. It ends up wasting the time of anyone. Is it not better to show your winning hand and move on than trying to humiliate your opponent with unnecessary delays.

Slow rolling is one of the worst sportsmanship display I ever know. When you win, courtesy demand to turn over your hand and be respectful. You don't have to cause commotion at the table and ruin the entertainment in the game.

Yes, in most poker settings a slow roll is considered bad etiquette.
If you have the winning hand and deliberately take extra time before showing it, especially when the outcome is clear, it’s usually seen as disrespectful.

I see slow rolling as poor poker etiquette when it’s done on purpose. It doesn’t add strategy, it just creates frustration at the table. Poker is competitive enough already, and respect for other players helps keep the game enjoyable.
