Do you drink enough water daily?

Drinking enough water daily is very good because it helps with your body detox. Unfortunately, some people don't do well when it comes to drinking water. I have a friend who barely drink a glass of water after eating and she hardly drink water during the day. I wonder how she copes with dehydration.

Do you drink enough water daily?
 
I drink about 8-12 cups of water on a daily basis. Sometimes more. The cups are 44 oz size, so I’m pretty sure I drink enough water daily.

As much as I do try to drink more water daily, I know I don't drink as much as I should do and I need to work on that.
 
In the summer I drink alot. Not so much in the winter.

We are similar. I focus on drinking more water, and it is because I know how important taking water can be in terms of ensuring you live a healthy life.
 
I've always been well.hydrated. started with youth sports. I have a 1L water bottle at work.that I fill 2-3 times a day and have a few glasses at night.

Our daughter actually bought a Keurig style water purifier yesterday. Excited to try it.

I try to, but probably not as much as I should.

I'll get a 12-ounce glass of water when I go to the kitchen, which isn't quite often, and chug it. I probably drink 6 of these a day which is only like 1/2 a gallon. If I'm at the gym, I'm taking frequent water breaks, so that could push me to the upper limits of a gallon, which still probably isn't enough.

Room temperature water.
 
It depends on what you will classify as enough. However, I try to take at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday.
