I need to keep myself occupied early in a tournament when I play online poker or I get too bored, and start forcing mistakes. I usually listen to music when I play, and smoke a lot of weed to help me lock in.

How about you? Do you ever get bored with poker?

During the early stages of online poker tournaments, maintaining focus can be quite challenging due to the slower pace. To counteract this, I’ve developed a routine that helps me stay engaged. I often smoke, put on music, and allow my mind to explore creative outlets. This has led to crafting various comedy skits and envisioning lighthearted scenarios.

The rhythm and energy of my chosen playlist not only keep my mind active but also spark creative endeavors This combination of music and creativity creates a balanced environment that prevents boredom.

I get bored sometimes and I wish there was a way to pass the time. I just take a break. That's how I recharge and come back with great energy.

I depend on individual differences and motive. If you play for fun without much financial commitment, you are likely to feel bored. But if you are playing poker as source of income, you are likely to be more focus and determined.

When the game gets too slow or too long, I do get bored. In that case, taking breaks gives you an opportunity to recharge and come back with a refreshed mind but when there is a financial stake, it can help to maintain focus because you don't want to lose your money.

I don't think this stuff would be more boring than my current janitor job. In fact, it's so awesome there is at least good music playing while I'm on the job.

Boredom while playing could depend on the individual motivation for playing or the speed of the game. Nevertheless, breaks help keep focus, more so when money is on the line.

I rarely get bored during poker games. The changing dynamics, reading opponents, and strategic decisions keep my mind engaged. Even during slow hands, I'm observing others and planning my next move. The unpredictable nature of each round and the social interaction make time fly by.

The odds and then trying to work out the moves of my opponents and adjusting my strategy make it very dynamic and interesting. Boredom is hardly encountered because even when I'm waiting for cards, I think of the game.

Depends how slow the other players are, if the game pace lags, I would get bored.

I don't think poker is a game that will bore you out so easily. In poker, you’re playing with all your skills and strategy. It obviously needs your full concentration.
