Do you keep track of all the tournaments you play?

I keep track of my games for the day as I play. I don't write down my tournament buy-ins, but i usually only play a few games per day, so it's pretty easy to keep track.

Do you keep track of your tournaments or daily buy-ins? Do you use any sites that help you track your stats?
