Do you play cash games/sit and go's to pay for your tournaments?

Variance in tournaments can be overwhelming for a lot of players. Sometimes you won't get a deep run/good score after several buy-ins. I only play tournaments, but I also like sit and go's if there's enough traffic on the site to play them.

Do you pay for your buy-ins in tournaments using winnings from cash games or sit and go's?
