I do not play a lot and I frequently take breaks. These breaks are not intentional, it just happen that I don't find myself in a mood to play. Do you take breaks, do you find taking time off uncomfortable or relaxing. Do breaks reset your mindset, or expose burnout and dependency that you normally don’t notice while playing regularly?

Honestly, breaks are important, no matter the game. Anything that messes with your head needs a break. I’ve seen people get too carried away, especially after long sessions, and that’s when mistakes happen.

I don't play poker but I get what you are saying about needing breaks. Even with stuff I do regularly, stepping away helps me reset mentally. When you are not in the mood that's actually your brain telling you something maybe you need distance.

I don't play regularly and when I play it is usually between 7-10 days, sometimes even 20-30 days. At rhe table, sometimes I take breaks especially when I am losing. I usually join a game after 5-10 minutes

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
