Does a "cold" dealer ever make you leave the table?

I don't really blame the dealer for any bad run. Sometimes it's just coincidence but your emotions can make person look for somebody to blame. I've watched people leave the table immediately because the dealer looked unlucky to them, then another player sat there and started winning. It's really a funny game.
