It is necessary to avoid emotional distress and prioritize your mental health whenever you are playing poker. One thing we must put at the back of our mind is that gambling comes with huge risks and maintaining control can prevent frustration and disappointment and that is why it is necessary to set limit and take regular breaks to maintain healthier gaming experience.

In the first place, i don't play poker as source of income. It's all about fun and learning steps for me. Am still an amateur and i don't risk more than i can chew. Even in sports betting where i have a lot of experience, i don't attach emotions to it.

In a competitive game, it's possible to be emotional. But I have not cried over a game even if I lose money.

Me either. i cried after a baseball game though.

I have never cried as a result of winning or losing in poker. Yes, losing will surely hurt, but I don't see any reason for me to begin to cry as a result of that.

It is quite unnecessary for me and not something that I would do. I aim to keep my emotions in check at all times.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
