Session tracking and analyzing my hand histories have shed so much light on my game. I've finally understood some patterns that I had formed and some aspects in which I can improve. Closing these leaks makes my game tighter and leaves less room for poor decisions. That's not to say it won't be hard, but the benefits are well worth it.

I think it could be done through analyzing past hands and tracking sessions. With this, one can trace patterns in one's game and even the leaks present in it.

It is crucial to make sure you analyze the past hands because it will allow you to identify leaks in your game but I heard that there are tools like poker tracking software that could help you gather data on your play which is great.
