I have never seen anyone that is completely immune from losing streaks in poker. It's something that hits everyone, but it's meant to test your patients even more than your skills. For me, I deal with it by setting limits and sometimes I step away to avoid chasing losses. I also make sure to review my past pets because sometimes I might slip into emotional betting without even noticing.

You hit that one right on the head Up!

Consistency. Always playing your best, and batting/grinding it out even when your losing hands. Never give up, and don't be results oriented. If you trust the process, results will follow.

Exactly, losing streaks hit everyone eventually. They test patience more than skill. Setting limits and stepping away helps a lot and reviewing past hands can show where emotions crept in. It’s all about staying disciplined and not letting frustration take over.

That's true! Losing streak is a very difficult situation for players. Sometimes it's like everything you do just won't click. What you said about staying disciplined really hit me because that's the same thing I did. Once you are frustrated in the game, every decision you make would always go wrong.

There's always a lesson in every loss. I try and process what led to my losing and learn from the mistake. This is how I became a better poker player. Mistakes are bound to happen but learning from them is the key.

When I hit a losing streak, I try not to immediately “win it back” because that mindset usually makes things worse. I’ll lower stakes and review whether I’m actually playing badly or just running into variance.

During losing streaks in poker, I try to separate bad play from bad luck instead of assuming every loss means I’m playing terribly.

If you aren't very skilled, you lose. If you are having a bad day, you lose. If you aren't skilled and at the same time you are also having a bad day, you will be on a losing streak. When I am on losing streak. I just stop playing for many days and return to the table only when I have recovered mentally
