Psychological, players suffering from Tilt don't know they are suffering from the emotional breakdown. Tilting can be depressing, traumatizing and agonizing especially when the player is not aware what he is going through. Due to individual differences, the symptoms of tilt can vary from one person to another. For me, i use to feel anxiety and slight headache. Once, i have these symptoms, i will take a break!.

For me, when I just realize that I am entering pots that have weak cards, not because of strategy but because I want to be lucky, I just know that my tilt point has hit me. I would just take a break and leave the poker room entirely to my home to rest and calm my mind.
