I’ll be honest as always…..I’ve come to the realization that I don’t think like a poker player and pretty sure I don’t play like one at least not like you guys do.If I want to be very honest, I review hands more after i experience painful losses. That's probably not ideal, but that's what happens often. Improvement usually comes from mistakes we hate revisiting and that's the point..
As a professional I regularly review them. Playing devils advocate with yourself is the best way to understand all possible outcomes.Do you regularly analyze hands after sessions, or only when you're struggling?
