General Strategy Is it advisable that a newbie should use cash games to learn playing poker?

If you already know basic things and want to build knowledge and experience playing, I do not see any harm in trying cash games but make sure you play with just a small fund. But it is generally advised that you build knowledge before you try with cash.
 
I believe cash games are a good way to learn. You can play at your own pace, leave anytime. Make sure to focus on decision-making without tournament pressure. Just keep stakes low and treat it as learning, and not a way to profit.

When it's possible to make use of a demo account, I don't see the reason why anyone who's still new should ever consider using real funds to play no matter how small. Save up the money, practice and keep learning until you're good enough to play with real cash.
