Is it over for mega MTT and professional gambling businesses in United States of America?

Presently, under current United State's law, it is now a law that mega gamblers are ecpeted to pay 10% of their winning as tax once the winning surpassed $5000. As it stands now, a lot of professional gamblers are withdrawing their money from casinos and gambling sites .
What do you think will be fate of professional gamblers in United States?
