When was the last time you played any sports?

The last time I played any sports was last summer. I played basketball with a couple friends. I wouldn't mind playing hockey again in a beer league.

I played HORSE (basketball) by myself just yesterday after my workout as a cool-down.

I played basketball with one of my homies like 6 months ago. I need to get back on the court again.

The last time I remember playing any sports was back last year with my kids when we played football. Due to my health now though, I struggle to play sports like I used to and instead find other ways to stay active that I can manage.

Growing up, I used to play soccer every weekend. But man's got some responsibilities now, so not as much as before. However I still indulge in it every now and then, along with other sports like tennis and basketball.

Not organized but about a week ago. My 11 year old and hod friends are always challenging me to 4 or 5 on 1 basketball games. I'm getting too old for this.

It's been a while since I played soccer. I've been meaning to get back on the field myself. The last time I played soccer was a month ago. Unfortunately, we lost 5-4, but it was an amazing workout for me.

Competitively? In high school.

If you count bodybuilding as a sport, as recent as a month ago until an injury, and racquetball to warm up.

I played cricket with my brother almost five years ago. I am not that physically active anymore. I really do need to change that because I am still going and staying active is the key to staying healthy and young for a long time.
