When there are downswings, I quit game. Sometimes it is not possible to win even when you are playing well. Maybe you are having a bad day. The best way to handle this is stop playing before your bankroll starts showing warning signs

I take breaks after a few buy-ins, depending on my mood and how frustrated I am with the results. I try not to let downswings affect my decision-making, especially when I'm playing through a rough stretch. It's important to recognize when emotions are starting to creep into your game and take a step back when needed.
