Should You Chase Promotions?

Are poker bonuses, freerolls, and promotions worth changing your normal game selection for?

I think bonuses, freerolls, and promotions are very important for a lot of people while choosing a poker site to play. However, chasing bonuses, freerolls, and promotions isn't always good because that could also be a trap from scam sites

Chasing promotions can be worth it if the value is good. But you need to calculate the time and effort that it requires you to see if it really worth it. Some bonuses has a ridiculous requirements. They are like a trap.
