When do you think it's worth taking a higher-risk spot to try to collect a bounty? Do you adjust your strategy based on the bounty size, your stack, or the stage of the tournament?

strategies should always change in pkos i think especially when bigger bountys are involved and you can open ranges right up when chasing at times. main thing for me is, will i be comfortable enough if i lose and am i priced in to the pot (have enough equity).

For me, it’s going to depend on the amount of the bounty versus how the cards have been falling or whether I have a good read on the player, but part of the game is to take risk.

For me, it’s going to depend on the amount of the bounty versus how the cards have been falling or whether I have a good read on the player, but part of the game is to take risk.

It also depends on the prizes up top. For me, bounties become much more valuable at the final table in PKO tournaments, especially when they start getting really juicy. The biggest and most rewarding bounty is always the last one.
