Support staff that understand poker is way better. They can understand your problems better. But if they don't understand the game, they will give wrong answers.

I have always found that support staff who also play poker tend to understand the customer better when it comes to the customer needing help or support on something.

I have been in contact with support staff before who you just knew never played poker before; their customer service was poor, and I feel that can be a very bad look for a Poker company.
