What’s on your playlist when you’re grinding

I can't play with loud music. Afrobeats sometimes is okay and soft instrumentals as well. And once the songs are too aggressive, i notice that I rush decisions without even realizing it. Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe not. What's your take on this?
