Losing streak is a moment that would define you as a bettor. It shows how you can handle the hard times. The first advice is to stop playing immediately. So, taking a break to clear your head is necessary. Don't chase losses because that's how you will lose everything. It has happened to me before.

You nailed it unfortunately I ran across some pretty stubborn people and they will continue to sit at the table losing or they will leave that particular site and go to another where the cycle continues until their bankroll is pretty much empty.

You can’t tell people things they don’t want to hear

Take a break, even 10–15 minutes can do a lot for your mind. It’s better to play with a fresh mindset and actually have fun. If you’re an above-average player, the results will usually start to follow.

If you are on a losing streak, just stop playing. That is the best advice I can give. You might be having a bad day, so stop playing and then come back another day. When you are losing, don't get the impression that you can recover your losses

Don't be results-oriented. Focus on making good decisions. If you get your chips in good and lose to a bad beat, move on. If you're frustrated, take a break and reset. Trust your game, stay disciplined, and keep making the right decisions, the results will follow.
